The RMH Center for Sleep Medicine provides evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of disorders that occur during sleep, as well as disorders that affect alertness, in a comfortable, state-of-the-art facility centrally located in Harrisonburg.

The RMH Center for Sleep Medicine staff is composed of three board certified sleep medicine physicians—William Cale, MD, Frank Barch, MD and Fouzia Siddiqui, MD—and seven sleep technologists, all of whom are registered polysomnographic technologists and/or licensed respiratory care practitioners.

 

JMU University Health Center

The University Health Center staff partners with students to empower them to make informed choices by providing a holistic approach to student health, education, wellness and outreach services in a confidential, inclusive, and respectful environment.

The medical clinic is staffed by qualified healthcare professionals who administer care in a confidential and professional manner. Five doctors with a combined 132 years of practicing experience, and five nurse practitioners and a physician assistant with 73 combined years of practicing experience, specialize in the healthcare of JMU students - and only JMU students.

 

JMU Counseling & Student Development Center

The Counseling & Student Development Center (CSDC) is staffed by competent, experienced mental health professionals who, as part of the larger University community, are dedicated to the personal, social, and academic development of all JMU students. To accomplish this goal, the Center provides counseling services within a developmental, proactive, and outreach-oriented framework..​

The CSDC is committed to the continued development of awareness and appreciation for individual differences within our diverse university community. We strive to promote inclusion and to affirm diversity in its broadest sense by fostering an emotionally safe and respectful environment.
